SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, please allow up to five working days for delivery. Shipping will be made by secure DHL courier and when your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email and give you a tracking number.

Delivery is free within the UK and EU. Custom shipping charges will apply for rest of world, please enter the full address at checkout or contact us for a quote. 

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, import duties and local sales taxes may be applied, these are not included in our charges and are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS

It's very important to us that you love your rug. If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, please notify us within 14 days of receiving and we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Rugs will be collected by courier and a small returns fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover returns courier costs. Exchanges are free of charge.

Please note that rugs must be returned in original condition.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers must notify us within 14 days of their receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for the returns cost of shipping and the customs incurred for international orders, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
