Eva is a vintage rug handwoven in Sweden by the internationally renowned textile designer Judith Johanasson. Johanasson was known for her geometric designs as well as her inspiration taken from the natural environment. Her work has had an enduring impact on Swedish rug making and her striking flatweaves are sought after today by designers and collectors.
Each rug is one of a kind and cannot be replicated or replaced. As with any vintage piece, the subtle irregularities, marks of age and evidence of hand craftsmanship are part of their beauty.
