Tuva is a vintage rug handwoven in Sweden by the internationally renowned textile designer Ingegerd Silow. Silow was one of the most famous weavers in Sweden, known for her unique style, often including geometric pattern, florals and skillful colour blending. This piece features a very rare colour palette and a sought after design.
Each rug is one of a kind and cannot be replicated or replaced. As with any vintage piece, the subtle irregularities, marks of age and evidence of hand craftsmanship are part of their beauty.
