In the years before the business started I started gathering pieces that caught my eye, focusing on authentic, unique and aged rugs with colours and designs suited to modern interiors. I realised how transforming these pieces could be to a room and I loved how these rugs passed down through generations could transcend trends and time to become the foundation to a contemporary home that feels lived in and joyous.

Sifting through thousands of pieces, I learned about their origins, developed my eye and formed a strong sense of what works in today's spaces. I met expert dealers from all over the world and began to grow an international network of trusted contacts. When lockdown came in 2020 and my previous career as a documentary producer was put on hold, I had accumulated a large collection of beautiful rugs. I initially started selling them on Instagram and the business snowballed from there.

Today I feel incredibly grateful to be working with many of the most celebrated interior designers in the world and on projects from private homes to large hotel groups, all of which have honed my sense of what works best in modern rooms.

Sourcing with care and guiding people to the pieces that feel uniquely theirs is the heart of the business. We aim to offer a highly curated collection and only select pieces that feel truly special as well as being suited to today’s interiors. We hope to demystify the process of finding a rug, offering a stress free, transparent and seamless service which is as much of a pleasure as making such a considered investment in your home should be.
