Hand-woven on village and nomadic looms in vivid, naturally dyed colours, this Turkish rug weaving tradition stretches back thousands of years. Vespa features a bold stripe pattern in earthy hues of rust, orange, taupe, and black. The classic comb motif symbolising marriage and fertility is woven through the stripes.

Although we ensure that all rugs arrive professionally cleaned and in their best condition, due to the nature of antique and handmade rugs, some irregularities and signs of wear are to be expected.
