ZEPHYR

Zephyr is a vintage Central Anatolian kilim. Hand-woven on village and nomadic looms in vivid, naturally dyed colours, this is a tradition stretching back thousands of years. These vintage rugs were woven for daily use and often used as floor and wall coverings, storage bags, and prayer mats. Zephyr features the classic dragon motif, long believed to guard treasures and secret objects. The calming muted field colours are framed by a soft rusty orange border. 

Although we ensure that all rugs arrive professionally cleaned and in their best condition, due to the nature of antique and handmade rugs, some irregularities and signs of wear are to be expected.
